Website policy
Privacy Policy
Effective September 14, 2026
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how deVolk Group LLC (“deVolk Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information connected with devolkgroup.com, training inquiries, course feedback, Ready107 access and support, and related business communications.
2. Information you choose to send
Our training-inquiry form submits the contact, organization, program, scheduling, and message information you choose to provide to our website database. The form displays a confirmation reference after a successful submission, and authorized company-portal users may view or export the inquiry to respond and maintain our business records. Our verified course-feedback form submits ratings and comments directly to our website database after a valid class code and one-time student feedback code are confirmed. Feedback information may include class information, ratings, comments, optional identification, optional organization, optional follow-up email, publication choices, and moderation status.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, protected law-enforcement information, health information, or other sensitive data through these forms or ordinary email.
3. How we use information
- Respond to questions and prepare training or service proposals.
- Plan, deliver, support, and improve courses and services.
- Maintain ordinary business, safety, accounting, and legal records.
- Use feedback as a testimonial only when the person has granted the applicable permission.
4. Website delivery and analytics
We use Cloudflare services to deliver, secure, and understand the performance of the website. Cloudflare may process technical connection and security information as described in its own policies. When Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it provides aggregated, privacy-focused website measurements without using cookies or local storage to track visitors for analytics.
5. Verified course feedback and publication
One-time feedback codes are issued to course participants and stored only as non-reversible code hashes. Public testimonials display only feedback marked as verified, affirmatively authorized for publication, and approved by deVolk. A student’s follow-up email and private improvement comments are not published. A name, initials, or organization is displayed only when the student separately authorizes public identification.
6. Private company portal
Authorized company-portal accounts use a display name and username. Passwords are salted and irreversibly hashed rather than stored in readable form. A strictly necessary, secure session cookie keeps an authorized user signed in. We also maintain limited session, access, and security-audit metadata needed to authenticate users, close sessions, record important account and document actions, and protect the portal.
Portal account and document records use Cloudflare D1 and approved company documents use Cloudflare R2 storage. The portal is for ordinary internal business materials. Protected law-enforcement information, criminal-justice information, health information, controlled government information, or other regulated agency data must not be uploaded unless deVolk Group and the affected organization first establish an appropriate written security and data-handling arrangement.
7. Ready107 app information
Ready107 lessons, questions, answers, scores, progress, bookmarks, and study sessions remain on the device. The app does not include analytics, advertising, tracking, an app account, cloud synchronization, crash reporting, or a third-party data-collection SDK.
Ready107 uses Apple StoreKit for purchases, Apple offer-code redemptions, entitlement verification, and purchase restoration. Apple processes the transaction and provides the app with a verified purchase record; deVolk Group does not receive your full payment-card details, Apple Account password, or Apple recovery codes. Optional website links open the system browser, and optional support links open the user’s email application; you decide whether to send information.
8. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety or rights, investigate misuse, or complete a transaction requested by you. We may also disclose information with your direction or consent.
9. Retention and security
We keep inquiry, client, course, feedback, payment, support, portal-account, and portal-document records only as long as reasonably needed for the business purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution, safety, misuse prevention, and recordkeeping. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but ordinary email and internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Children
The website and commercial training services are not directed to children under 13. A parent, guardian, school, or sponsoring organization should contact us before a minor participates in training or submits personal information.
11. Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete personal information that you previously sent, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons. You may also decline testimonial or media permission without affecting your eligibility for training.
12. Changes
We may update this policy as the website, forms, service providers, or business practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
13. Contact
Questions or requests may be sent to info@devolkgroup.com.
